Anyone who uses...

...C.E. or B.C.E. for designating years, instead of the standard A.D. and B.C., should be severely beaten.

I tend to go the extra Trad mile and use the older style of "a.D." to further emphasize that our reckoning of time is based upon the Incarnation.

What's wrong with "Christian Era" and "Before the Christian Era"?

It's all in how you take it...

and then feed it back to them.

I completely agree. With which instruments shall we beat them?

The real question is, should their execution be via boiling oil, or the rack? Maybe live vivisection. Ooooh, the thought, the whole religion department at work going under thumbscrews (plus the authors of their stupid books).

Incidently, in my history class I said anyone who uses "BCE" and "ACE" is gay, and I got a standing ovation from all my kids. Most enjoyable.

How about being locked in a room and forced to listen to Barry Manilow songs 24/7 without any sharp implements nearby?
